	It's not a secret, we are not alone in the universe. End even less alone on planet Earth, where neighbors appear sometimes in the most unexpected and unpleasant forms. But we also know, our surrounding has right to exist. Let us look with a bit of humor on certain neighbors of ours, without whom our world will turn into castrated eunuch. And let's not forget, in every joke there is only part of joke.
